I’m the proprietor and chairman WheresTheBus LLC. We prepare GPS bus tracking for schools, and also have an app for parents to know when the bus will arrive.

What challenge were you trying to address with Trigent?
One of our key developers was leaving to chase another occasion, so I needed to find another outgrowth resource.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Basically, Trigent',s team feels all of our software outgrowth. We have a project lead in direct here in the U.S., but he works straightly with the Trigent teams. We use two teams, a PHP and desktop application team and a mobile app team.
At the commencement of a project, we mark the fruit and client needs to them. Though, if it’s more technical or we',re wondering how to do a true component, they’ll collaborate with us and lead us through the technical concepts.
Our PHP team codes our backend cloud database. This team programs our real-time view, real-time reporting, GPS data, and UI. Our mobile team manages our app for Android and iOS apps, which are programmed to report bus schedules and times. The teams feel user testing and fault corrections for their individualal platforms as well. They also assigned a project lead here in the U.S. to reinforcement information.
Was there a dedicated team?
I began with them by just working with one of their developers. We fastly ramped up their labors. We now work with six of Trigent',s PHP developers, four of their mobile developers, and one of their project leads. We also work with two India-based project managers that superintend their work.
How did you come to work with Trigent?
We searched everywhere and eventually establish Trigent online. It turns out that their senior executives were only 20 minutes away from me and met with them face to face. This U.S. nearness, combined with their programmers overseas and capabilities, convinced me to hire them.

We',ve invested $1 million in total thus far.

We began in March 2012 and the work is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our fruit’s downtime, which is hanging on Trigent’s programming and our cloud labor preparer, is negligible. Our clients depend on us to stay up and running all the time. If the server crashes or there’s a technical effect, Trigent addresses it without.
Partly to Trigent’s ever-evolving work and consistence, we haven',t lost a client. They help us form innovative solutions and components that our clients depend on. Our clients don’t even ponder almost switching to another labor owing of our fruits’ big functionality and accomplishment.
How did Trigent accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their project treatment is big. They have their own project managers who make sure all is going well. They veritably care almost condition, and we have a big relationship owing of that. We conduct calls with the PHP team three times a week and calls with the mobile team two times a week. We use screen-sharing technology and stay up to date through a software tracking method, which updates tickets and reports nightly. Our overall experience with them, from low-level developers to senior managers, has been excellent thus far.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
First, their power to liberate what we need is excellent. We were a little organisation, and they fit our startup needs then. Now that we’re bigger, they can prepare additional resources.
Second, their adaptpower to project needs is big. If we need a new individual or the aim changes, they’re seamless in managing their nation and resources.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We do a big job of managing the time zone challenge, but it can get annoying. This is obviously not something they can control though.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Work with Trigent to overlap apprehension between new and old developers. It can be hard starting out with just one developer when you',re growing fastly. Talk to their managers almost edifice your outgrowth team.
