Contract Management Systems Integration for Consumer Products Company
Please find below a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
Please draw your organisation.
We’re a publicly traded manufacturer of kitchen products like blenders, food processors etc. We have multiple brands we sell our products below.
What is your role and responsibilities, delight?
I obey as general counsel for the organisation.
Desired goal
What was the business challenge you were facing when you approached True Interaction?
My challenge was to educe a contract treatment method by which others in the structure would be able to approach true agreements or contracts, without having to ask legitimate to do it each time they needed to obtain some information.
Provided solution
Please draw the aim of their work.
The aim was to analyze our legacy method that we use, and then assess what our needs are with respect to this contract treatment method, what it would include, what it would not include, how to prioritize or shape the information, and educe a method of output that we desired. They would share with us the different options we had at each step to decide what were the inputs and ultimately what was the output.
What was your process for selecting True Interaction to work with?
I had establish them through another section of ours. A senior executive in the organisation had utilized them for another project.
Can you prepare a ballpark dollar aspect for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?
Confidential.
What was the timeline of this project?
Specific dates elude me, but the project lasted almost six months.
Results achieved
Do you have any stats, or metrics, or general feedback to show the achievement of the project?
It’s too soon to be able to prepare specific stats at this time. The key extrinsic feedback I want to prepare is True Interaction’s level of labor and their power to issue-solve. We had a test phase, and there were things that weren’t necessarily unfit, but things that we said as we were testing, ‘Gee, it would be veritably big to be able to have this component.’ They were able to address these very fastly, and educe a solution almost instantaneously. It was astounding.
Is there anything sole almost them that veritably makes them rest out, compared to other companies?
Number one was the level of labor. Response time was very fast back by Liam [Wright, CEO of True Interaction], himself or nation on his team. They were wonderfully professional, shaped, and technical, all things you would anticipate from a good IT organisation. But, what set them aloof was their power process very nonspecific requests, make the technical changes, and then expound it back to you in a very user-friendly way. They’re all almost solving the issue in the most client-focused way practicable.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you ponder they could better upon or something that you might do differently?
I wish I had something. Their follow-up is just astounding. Generally with labor preparers, sometimes that’s an area of interest, or the response time, but I veritably don’t have anything that I would critique. It just went veritably, veritably well.
