We’re the Hi Neighbor Group. We’re a restaurant cluster operating four restaurants in the San Francisco Bay area.

What business challenge were you trying to address with UNIT Partners?
We began working with UNIT when we only had one restaurant. We were looking for somebody to help design the logo for the organisation. We liked their work so much that it swelled into menu design and then just general aesthetic design of the complete location.

The leading project ended up coming into basically all branding needs, from website, to logo, to outside signage, inside signage, menu design, etc.
How did you come to work with UNIT Partners?
A friend leading introduced me to UNIT. After we saw the work they did for us on the logo, we determined to swell the aim of their work.

It’s been in the $20,000 to $50,000 range.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We probably began with them in August of 2013, and their work went live that November. We',re working on our fourth project with them and we have them on a retainer for all of our needs in all the restaurants.
Results achieved
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
I ponder the results were an overall fantastic feel athwart our restaurants. They built a very functional menu that has a pleasing aesthetic and manner touch, but also isn’t going to fracture the bank when we have to reorder. They also helped us design dessert menu cards that have enabled us to collate emails. With those we',ve been able to grow our email database to over 15,000 in two years.
What distinguishes UNIT Partners from other preparers?
It is surely their nation. They were very hands-on. They would come into the restaurants to apprehend the space, and apprehend from the business side what needs to happen to be sustainable in the long-term. I felt like they were always looking out for what was best for me as the client. UNIT',s number one priority is not to get it done, but to get it done right, no substance if it takes twenty tries or if it takes two tries. Not veritably. It',s been such a big working relationship that we',ve just continued to swell the relationship. Like I said, they hear, and if something isn',t right, they make it right.
