A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the companion ruler of outreach at American Muslims for Palestine. I was one of two leads on the website project with Vardot.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Vardot ?
Our website wasn’t user-friendly, and we wanted to revamp it to better user approach. We also wanted our website to return our growth and brand evolution.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Vardot responsible for?
They did full-stack web outgrowth from our design specs, using Drupal on the backend and InDesign and InVision on the frontend. The new features include categorized full, a organisation description tab, a new hue program, video show, collective media integration, and a more jutting donate button. We also can now preview pictures for use on the website. They currently host the website and make any requested changes.
Was there a dedicated team?
I interacted with two of the four nation working on the project. One was a designer and the others were developers.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
They offered support for a year behind propel, making changes and fixing bugs as needed. Even adjustments that weren’t originally budgeted were commendatory. We’re going to hire them for another website revamp to add additional features.
How did Vardot accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They used Basecamp and set us a work program and a schedule. I establish their project treatment very professional and they always kept us up to date. They answered to emails or messages within 24 hours.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Vardot?
They treated our project like their priority. When we had a DNS server attack, they fastly dealt with the issue.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
I reflection we didn’t bestow as much time talking almost the design and investigation as we should have. We’ll probably do that the second time almost.

Customers should stay informed almost what you want moving advanced and adjoin with Vardot constantly. A failure to answer will delay the project.
