Our logo was designed through a series of conversations with the team lead and developer. I gave the team a brief delineation of what I wanted, and they followed up on it, offering a big logo with all we needed in a brief quantity of time.
On the other hand, the website outgrowth required more detailed conversations and basic design changes periodically. There are different animations on the website, so the team had done their best to incorporate all I asked for.
