I’m the service director for a digital ink manufacturer. I feel all the interaction with our marketing team.

What challenge were you trying to address with Wegacha?
We wanted to swell brand awareness in the market. Since we’re a third-party ink manufacturer, it’s hard to influence new clients without that brand recollection.

What was the aim of their involvement?
They’re helping us educe our website and our collective media, and work on anything advantageous to support our marketing efforts. They help edit videos, make newsletters, and draft marketing emails for our clients.
What is the team compound?
We have two main points of touch. We have one project director who takes all our requests, and another team limb works on videos and websites to make changes. We constantly adjoin through Slack.
How did you come to work with Wegacha?
We establish them online and named them in to meet with them. They gave us some good ideas to help us extend brand awareness, so we determined to try them. They’ve been good to us ever since.
How much have you invested with them?
We began off organically, so we’ve only invested almost $300 so far. As we see more betterments, we’ll invest more and more.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working unitedly in late summer 2018. It’s an ongoing engagement.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
They betterd the website 100%. Everything had to match our corporate headquarters, and they’ve done that fully. Our website has a lot more commerce, and we’ve already had some good results and fitted leads.
How did Wegacha accomplish from a project treatment restpoint?
They’re big project directors. They always get our approval precedently posting anything, and they extend out frequently to get our feedback.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
Their interaction and their availability rest out. They’re always lucky to converse with us via Skype, and resolve all our needs fast.
Are there any areas they could better?
We don’t have any complaints. They prepare all we ask for.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
It’s advantageous to have an open form of interaction. Help them underrest your business and how your organisation runs, and the rest will go smoothly.
