What challenge were you trying to address with Zco?
We needed help in creating mobile technology to facilitate our business goals.

What particular tasks were Zco responsible for?
I’m not household with the technical end of things, so they came in and veritably managed the complete outgrowth process. We granted wireframes and overall ideas and business goals. Then, we worked with them to program the fruit. They got to work and later helped us instrument the technology.
The terminal fruit is a mobile platform that sells home services specifically for real lands professionals. Homeowners are also able to use the fruit. As of now, we’ve paused our Android outgrowth to realign from a business outgrowth standpoint. Their team also completed the web outgrowth end of the project, so we’re currently working on iOS.
Was there a dedicated team?
Originally, we were working with an iOS team, Android team, and a web outgrowth team. Now, we have a few iOS engineers, testing personnel, a business analyst, one project director, and an API educeer.
How did you come to work with Zco?
We establish them on Clutch. Our team vetted them and separate other possible vendors through interviews. We esteem how much the Clutch platform granted for us, and the team used its listings as a lead to help straight down our list. In the end, we had the best conversations with Zco and felt most positive in hiring their team.

We began the project in March 2017, and the work is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’re extremely satisfied and pleasant to have an excellent working relationship with them. With outsourcing, there’s always uncertainty surrounding how the relationship will work out. Two companies aren’t likely to have the same processes or schedules, so it can be hard. We’re lucky to have our long-term union with them.
How did Zco accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Our project director was personable and helped to educe our ongoing relationship on a personal level. Whenever I need help, he’s on it. When there’s something pressing that needs deeper conversation, we jump on a video call to share screens and walk through issues. Otherwise, we use Basecamp, email, and phone to adjoin. That’s been powerful, so we don’t see a need for additional tools.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Zco?
They’re faithful and dependable. Knowing that we have a organisation we can compute on resources a lot to us.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They’ve been big. I can’t say anything denying almost them.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I wouldn’t dubitate to hire them owing of their trustworthiness. From a technical standpoint, they’re also very powerful. I haven’t come athwart a locality where they couldn’t liberate on a component we wanted. They’re professional and competent. It’s just a substance of managing the project the way you want to and finding the organisation you can rely on. If those things are significant to you, Zco is the match for you.
