Our organisation manufactures speakers, and I’m the project director. We have eight inner team members and then separate outer suppliers who help with software.

What challenge were you trying to address with RUBICON?

Was there a dedicated team?
There are almost six nation on their team. We principally match with the fruit proprietor. Though, that individual has changed three times during our engagement. The turnovers have been good though, we haven’t had any issues.
