Setup and run Auto QA program for WorkFusion team - one of the leaders of Robotic Process Automation market.
Challenges:
- Align vision and approach of 15 teams and sub products
- Design AQA framework for different type of products: web / desktop, API, data, integrations
- Integrate new approach to existing workflows without interrupting development
Results:
- Consolidated strategy for all
development and AQA teams (about 15 teams and 80 people)- Help with hiring and training of 15 AQA specialist (mixed team of ITRex and WF)
- Developing 2k+ auto tests, including end to end and integration test
