Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m a co-owner and the CEO of AutoLux, which is traded as Rapid City Transportation.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Apiqu?

We prepare detailed, personalized labors to clients. Without software help, we would need an army of nation to archives all our requirements. Once we’ve archivesed and stored an item, it',s sorted and its information is made advantageous with the click of a button. It’s excellently handy.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

When we began the collaboration, we expounded our operations, logistics, and goals, and Apiqu designed the platform from scratch. In 2014, Apiqu rewrote the total platform using C# and added functionalities to make it more usable. We propeled the new rendering in 2017.

We prepare roughly 1,000 trips per day. Once we order a trip, multiple self-controlling components determine the client',s budget, the period of the labor, and their approach to true areas. This software without accepts the request or asks for verification, but automatically halts if we try to book a labor in the past. Customers can select a wheelchair van, a sedan, a minivan, or a car with booster seats. After each trip, the software enables our condition control section to touch clients and archives the results.

All our drivers can select a status on their smartphones. That information is sent back to the service, where it shows on a huge real-time map. That',s one of the most winning, advantageous components of the platform. We had a component that showed the real-time location of cars long precedently common ride sharing apps even existed.

Five monitors sort all our business by timeframe and status. Our representatives can see client motion and visualize business size. Apiqu also implemented an automatic calculator for driver tardiness and a component that tells us when drivers are speeding.

Before propeling the new software, we outsourced a phone-based process and hired many nation. Apiqu developed a complete solution. They didn’t trouble us with colors, button shapes, or other little details, they described how the solution would work and sent us a demo. We highlighted the parts that needed advancement, and they devised solutions within the day. Once we implemented this software on the outsourced organisation’s side, we began saving on ethnical resources costs.

Was there a dedicated team?

We’ve worked straightly with three nation out of the six or seven on Apiqu’s team. One focused on interacting component requests to their Android and iOS sections, and the other two worked on our software.

How did you come to work with Apiqu?

I’m far removed from tech outgrowth. I needed someone who could apprehend our operations and logistics and expound a fruit design. After meeting Apiqu’s CEO, I began talking almost some of our issues. He gave me his conviction on how I should expound them, and we set up a meeting to talk almost the total picture.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

The last project cost us almost $300,000 CAD (approachly $230,000 USD).

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We began working with Apiqu in 2009. Development took a year, and we propeled the platform in December 2010. They did a full reoutgrowth between August 2017 and February 2018, adding many new components.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We’re arrogant of the software. We have a ethnical-friendly design, and each of the 75 nation in our service is lucky with it. Since 2009, our annual mean growth has been almost 35%, with half of that growth owing of the platform. It’s so detail-oriented that our employees can see see detail almost our collaborators and clients.

We showed the software to a government institute that is keen on the security and shelter of special information, and they’ve began using it. We began collaborating with them in April 2018, and it took them one month and two or three training sessions to acquire the method. We’ve accepted nothing but compliments from them. This relationship brings in almost $10 million per year.

How did Apiqu accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

I would give them a 9.5/10. This is a software project, so we work 24/7. If we tell them almost something we don’t like, all their nation are on the phone almost-the-clock.

If we expound what we want to expound, they give us a program within a few days. They add our requested components relatively fastly. After testing, we’re done. They’re advantageous at night and fix seething within an hour. Their reaction time is excellent. Most importantly, they know what they’re doing.

They wanted to share a method that',s principally designed for developers. We can propel issues for Apiqu to address them. We’ve used the method, but I wasn',t part of the testing.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

They’re good workers and receptive designers.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

Apiqu is a associate now, so we can tell them almost anything we don’t like. They work on issues until we',re fully satisfied, it’s not a take-it-or-leave-it collaboration. Therefore, it’s hard to say whether they could do anything differently. As long as we',re lucky, I don',t know if a different standard would be better than the one we have now.
