I am the ruler of sales and operations for an industrial furnish organisation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Convverge, Inc.?

We hired Convverge, Inc. to educe an audit and inspection app for our labor fleet. We wanted better tracking and improved livelihood records for our inner labor vehicles.

This was in order to better handle livelihood schedules to prolong their lives. Also, the app helped our technicians prepare labor to vehicles while on the road.

What particular tasks were responsible for?

They built the app from scratch. It primarily runs through Office 365 integration and was educeed for SharePoint using Microsoft PowerApps.

Was there a dedicated team?

We worked with Eric (President, Convverge, Inc.), who veritably knew his stuff and was very professional. We also worked with Chris (Software Developer, Convverge, Inc.) and another educeer.

How did you come to work with Convverge, Inc.?

I establish them on Google while looking for a local educeer. We needed someone who could journey to the website to get a feel of what we did. We extended out to a few educeers and reflection that Convverge, Inc. had a very professional team. Because of this, we moved advanced with them.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We invested close to $10,000 on that application.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We began work in August 2019 and completed the project about November 2019. We quiet extend out to them for labor and support sometimes. We’re also in the programning stages of edifice another app and will likely hire them once they yield a offer.

Are there any measureable or plum results?

After implementation, we did live testing. 14 days behind the rollout, they also did another review. Both times, all was working as intended which was fantastic. We were stringent that we had a terminal solution that worked, and they delivered.

How did Convverge, Inc.accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

They did well and were easy to adjoin with. They’re pellucid and let us know what they were working on and when there were delays. I had almost daily updates from Chris, which made it very easy to work with him. I didn’t have to push them to have them do their best, they were adamant that we had the most peculiar solution.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

They’re very upfront with their limitations. They’re Microsoft experts, which made brainstorming easy throughout the project.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

Unfortunately, we had some effects with the initial project estimate. There wasn’t much interaction on the fact that we passed our initial budget estimations. I wish they relayed to us that we met our initial project estimate, giving us the occasion to decide if we would last to invest further.

Though, owing of that they discounted the work and did a lot extra, making up for the misinteraction. That was the only effect we ran into.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Make sure you have open interaction channels with them.
