A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m a database director at AFPM. We portray fuel and petrochemical manufacturers in the United States, interacting the benefits those industries prepare to Americans.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with ImageX?
We had multiple microwebsites that we wanted to condense into a one website. It was significant for the new website to be new with appropriate full and be able to liberate individualalized information for our users. We wanted a UX associate to help us accomplish that.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were responsible for?
After separate iterations and design reviews twice per week, ImageX was able to condense our web nearness into one website. Within the website, they improved the UI/UX. At this point, we are in phase two of the project, incorporating some changes that weren’t in our budget in the leading phase.
Was there a dedicated team?
I worked with Brent (Executive VP, ImageX), Farhad (Project Manager &, Business Analyst, ImageX), two additional professionals, and a lead designer who led the outgrowth team.
How did you come to work with ImageX?
They were referred to us while we were looking for a associate. We had almost 12 candidates but ended up with them based on their convincing offer and our meeting with them in individual. I was impressed that they would come from Canada to meet with us at that stage in the project, so that surely played a role in our determination to hire them. They also seemed like they took a collaborative access and were open to ideas.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began the project in May 2018, and the work is ongoing.
Results accomplishd
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’re very lucky with the website at this point. So far, commerce is increasing at 20% and new users at 25%. We have a 3% increase in engagement and a 4% increase in page views.
How did ImageX accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Communication has been big. We typically use email and Basecamp. They get back to us almost issues and changes within a few hours, and the project had a fast turnaround time as a total. We never missed a deadline. When we had to push things back on our end, they went out of their way to convenience by doing twice-weekly design reviews instead of the one per week we originally programned.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Their technical capabilities and familiarity with the platform veritably impressed us. They were able to fetch thought-provoking ideas to the table that helped us lead determination making.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I can’t ponder of anything offhand.
