Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.

Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m Director of Marketing and Communications at a accomplishing arts venue.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Massive Media?

Our website’s design was by-gone. We were also having effects with the backend, like not being able to process ticketing in an efficient way.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Massive Media responsible for?

They managed a branding and design effort as well as setting all up for us technically.

On the design side, they did our website as well as other marketing materials. They designed the website almost the creative work they did for the period. They developed the creative for the period with one set of creative for each show and one conglomeration of all four of our accomplishances. They used black and hueless photos and chose to use orange, which is our main brand hue, as the sole identifier to pull in all four shows. They were able to showcase some of our photography highlighting visual and melodious arts. They did some additional photography for us with props and such that we could reuse.

For the website, we came to them with a list of non-negotiables – like creating an API for ticketing and making the frontend of ticketing beautiful. Another requirement was a functional calendar so that shows and accomplishances would be displayed properly in a way that’s easy for nation to apprehend and purchase tickets.

Was there a dedicated team?

I believe there were anywhere from four to six nation—including project rulers, designers, and developers—depending on what we had going on.

How did you come to work with Massive Media?

I had used them while at a antecedent employer. In that experience, we had done an extensive search for a associate to run paid search and they did a veritably big job. They were budget aware, had veritably understood what we were trying to do, and granted veritably big work. It seemed like a intrinsic fit for the accomplishing arts venue.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

The website overhaul was almost $20,000 CAD ($16,000 USD).

What is the terminal result of working with Massive Media?

We began in February 2017 and the vast superiority of the work was completed in June and July. They quiet step in whenever we have an effect.

Results achieved

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?

We see a much faster path to ticket sales. Instead of the four clicks that it would take for ticket sales, it now only takes one or two, depending on where you land. Therefore, we',re having a lot more nation navigate into our ticket processing method, which is the goal. The more eyes on the ticket processing methods, the better. We saw a 15%–20% increase in that.

We had a lot of feedback on the creative and everybody veritably loved it. That’s not just website users but also the nation who sell our printed brochures, owing that creative was ultimately done by Massive as well. We’ve also had a lot of feedback on the ease of use of the website and the calendar functionality, which we didn',t have antecedently. People like being able to see what days of the week events are on instead of having to look it up.

How did Massive Meda accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We interacted via a project ruler and, from time to time, we would liaise straightly with the developer or designer. We had a direct line to the creative ruler who did the photos, for sample.

They kept up on task. We would typically be the ones dragging behind on things like full and approvals. They were also veritably good at letting us know when we were out of aim. When we had additional requests that we hadn’t reflection almost precedently, they would let us know that it wasn’t in aim but that we could add it later. They were veritably efficient in that way.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Massive Media?

The awareness of digital combined with the awareness of branding combined with cost efficiencies. It seems like everyone says that they can do digital and branding, but I don',t ponder there are a lot of agencies that veritably can. They frequently have to outsource one or the other so you have to divide the work between agencies. The big thing almost Massive is that they can do all of it. They apprehend that your brand is seen more online than anywhere else. To be able to combine those two things is something that not many agencies can do, specially with apprehension of the technical backend, API, things like that. It’s not something you’re going to find with a customary branding agency.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

Not veritably. Not that I can ponder of off the top of my head.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Really ponder almost your aim of work. This is with any agency, not necessarily just with Massive. You veritably need to ponder almost your aim of work and the things that might pop up mid-project that you hadn',t attended. Really attend what needs done owing sometimes things cost more to add later.
