Introductory information

A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities

SafeCare BC is an activity-funded, non-profit union working to fix injury-free, safe working conditions for continuing care workers in BC. We labor to be the activity chief in advancing injury obstruction and safety training for long-term care and home support workers. We are committed to improving health and safety within the workplace and responding to the needs and priorities of our members. As the Learning &, Development Advisor, I am responsible for edifice, evaluating, and continuously improving Safe Care BC’s educational programming.

Desired goal

What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?

Raccoopack Media?

SafeCare BC wanted to educe a mobile game as a way to liberate educational full in a new and innovative format that would promise our hearers.

What were your objectives for this project?

Psychological health, resiliency, and force treatment is an significant question in the continuing care sector. SafeCare BC',s goal was to educe a mobile game that would allow the player to explore ordinary work and home scenarios using different force treatment techniques.

Provided solution

What were the reasons for choosing ?

We chose to work with RaccooPack owing of their experience educeing a healthcare-themed game with Vancouver Coastal Health.

Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.

Raccoopack handled the complete mobile game educement including: investigation and design, centre cluster meetings, life and graphics, UI and UX design, chiefboard educement, and testing/bug fixes.

Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?

Our two main contacts were George Padua (Pack Leader/President) and Jay Friso (Director of Games), and they worked with us throughout the project. They were very answering, congruous, and helpful. There were separate other RaccooPack professionals that contributed at different stages of the project.

Results achieved

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?

We haven’t launched the fruit to our hearers yet, so we can’t converse almost its contact. But we’re excited to prepare our members—many of whom, for different reasons, cannot approach our in-person training—with a mobile game that’s both attractive and educational.

How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?

George and Jay were congruously on top of deadlines and were rare at managing and meeting expectations throughout the project. We interacted via email, shared documents via dropbox, and collaborated on full via Google Docs and LucidCharts - all of which were very powerful for our project.

What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of ?

Although the fruit created was rare, their real force lies in their client relations. George and Jay were very answering, pliant, professional, approachable, and were always very clear almost what was in and out of aim and what could be done in a given quantity of time. This expertness is living to ensuring that a project is completed as expected and on time.

What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?

The only area that we would commend some improvements is on text editing. The beta rendering liberateed to us had many spelling and grammar issues that distracted from evaluating the gameplay experience.
