I',m the fruit director/designer. I do the UX [user experience] design, and I',m the fruit director for the website and mobile apps.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Samsao?
We were looking for an agency to help educe our mobile apps. We needed applications for both the iOS and Android platforms.

How did you come to work with Samsao?
We were looking for agencies, so we began benchmarking different agencies in Montreal. We establish Samsao on Google. We were just looking for mobile app educeers. We were looking for a true mobile app player – not an agency that just does ",some", app educement. We wanted a team that specialized in mobile app educement. We selected four or five companies. Samsao was a young organisation, and they were motivated. The cost was fair as well.
It was owing the team was young and motivated, and we wanted someone pliant, someone motivated to work with us all year long
Could you prepare a perception of the size of this start in financial provisions?
Our project with Samsao was almost $50,000, and that was for two apps – the iOS and Android platforms.

What distinguishes Samsao from other preparers?
I appreciated that Samsao has a startup state of mind. They were motivated and they wanted to below promise and overperform. I',ve worked with other educement agencies. Typically, they have a lot of projects on their plate, so they work to do them as fast as practicable without looking at the project as a total. What I enjoyed almost working with Samsao is that they wanted to come on board with us – they wanted to be part of our team. They were useful. By the end of the project, it seemed like they were part of our team. They helped us to create something we were arrogant of. I love that. It',s rare to have this kind of collaboration with agencies in general.
Is there anything Samsao could have improved or done differently?
This is a young team. They began only two years ago or so. There are three establishers, and they have began edifice a big team. They',ll have to educe nation on their team and give more responsibilities to new nation owing the establishers can',t be everywhere at the same time. Thus far, they managed it pretty well.
