What challenge were you trying to address with Strategic Objectives?
We',re launching a new fruit on our platform for Toronto. We wanted to lift awareness and drive acquisitions.

What was the aim of their involvement?
They helped us with media relations. That included developing a news release and distributing it athwart Canada through targeted pitching. They also created mailer kits to send to influencers in Toronto. They designed and procured all the materials, put all through fruition, and oversaw packing and shipping. They also executed a media and influencer occurrence in Toronto.
What is the team compound?
We worked with two front-facing individuals: one account director and their SVP. The account director was our main point of touch.
How did you come to work with Strategic Objectives?
We did an RFP, and we hoped to find a team that could fit within our budget and a rather brief timeline. Strategic Objectives has a good reputation, and we wanted to work with a organisation that had the connections and experience to pull off an occurrence and program of this layer.

They',re very good project directors, and we never had to hold their hand. We interacted mainly through email, but we also had a weekly phone call.

Give longer lead time if you can. The earlier you can set working with them, the better.
