We began the cooperation with a series of calls to apprehend the requirements and how the new architecture should have been structured. The main object was to swell the team as soon as practicable. During the leading phase I work closely with the lead developer in order to fix deliveries were smooth and features were allow by the corporate laws. After few initial months we determined to swell the team and accordingly gained additional resources from the vendor. I took the role of designer/fruit handler giving guidelines to the team but quiet letting them adding as much of their expertise as practicable.

Initially we had an Architect working at the project. After the examination phase was done, we got a Front End and Smart Contract developers as well as a project handler as a dedicated team. Our team will probably grow in the forthcoming.
