Ag Grow Consulting Limited is a organisation of crop consultants. We check crops for our farmers and remark and make recommendations to them, which allows farmers to act their businesses better. We’re a team of university-trained agronomists. I’m the admin helper.

What challenge were you trying to address with Underlabs Inc.?
Because our scouts are located in a countrified area, we were having a hard time getting information to the scouts in the field with apps or programs. We need to engender reports in order to send those back to the farmer. We wanted a reporting app that we could handle, that the scouts could use on the field to send the report to the farmer’s phone.

What particular tasks were Underlabs Inc. responsible for?
We went to Underlabs with the idea of what we wanted the terminal fruit to be. We had a lot of input on the screens and buttons, but they helped facilitate all of the outgrowth phase. They helped us to apprehend better what the programming side was capable of doing. We didn’t substantiate how good it could be. They had never worked with cultivation precedently, so there were challenges with provisions that we use, etc. They did their own investigation into those provisions, and their apprehending of our activity was phenomenal by the time they were done. They took our vision and turned it into verity. The app is built on iOS.
How did you come to work with Underlabs Inc.?
I did a Google search and establish reviews for Underlabs. They were one of the higher ranked firms. It was a Friday evening when I emailed some of the firms, and Joseph got back with me right away through a phone call. That was huge for me, owing it gave me a chance to expound the project verbally. A lot of other firms wanted a document to expound what the app was. I didn’t know how to type it out. I needed to be able to debate it with someone verbally. The phone call with Joseph solidified who I was going to use. I didn’t check into any of the other companies.
What is the terminal result of working with Underlabs Inc.?
We seted working with them in February 2017, and the work is ongoing. Our scouts were able to set using the app in May 2017.

Could you share any evidence that would prove the fruitivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?
On our old program, our scouts were losing an hour a day. We don’t have that time loss anymore. We have ten scouts and we’ve gained ten hours a week with each of them. We’re saving ourselves a full-time position’s worth of time. It has also saved us a lot of money owing our old program charged big annually fees. In 2 ½ years, the app will have paid for itself. Plus, everybody loves the app. It’s a single format and only has the buttons we need. It’s fast and single to use. The app comes with a computer handlement server on the backend that we are able to use to put our information in. The report is easy to send to a farmer’s phone through text or email. Underlabs created an offline office that connects to the cloud, which is huge for us since some of our locations are in countrified areas. The drivers don’t have to drive somewhere to find labor in order to use the program.
How did Underlabs Inc. accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
They were awesome. I couldn’t be happier. They were fast to answer to emails. When we needed to have more of a converse to clarify things, we’d talk on the phone. For our team, that was significant. Email is big, but sometimes you need to talk on the phone. They were ready to do that for us. Their reports and proposals were always done very professionally and were apprehendable. I know programmers can talk too technically, but Underlabs kept it on our level so we could apprehend.
What did you find most forcible almost Underlabs Inc.?
I haven’t worked with any other providers. I know they did a lot of work with the map office which is something we veritably wanted. I knew they had won awards in their mapping abilities. Honestly, the maps are big, but I’m more impressed with the overall experience and how fastly they got all running. They were able to facilitate the total project with our limited apprehension of programming and what we wanted, which was also forcible. They put in offices that we didn’t even ponder were practicable. They made it bigger and better than we reflection it could be.
Are there any areas Underlabs Inc. could better?
There were times when there was a lot happening at once, and times when something would get unremembered. Some of that was owing we didn’t apprehend each other’s industries. In the end, we were able to get on the same page.
