A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
We’re a taste house, which resources we make tastes. My position is head of UK sales and marketing.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Liquorice?
Our branding wasn’t as fluid as we wanted, and it didn’t veritably have a clear interaction, so we veritably wanted to do something different for our 10-year anniversary.
The goal was to address some of the challenges that a little taste house has in rivalry by finding a brand that met our personality as a business and would help educe more recollection among our clients.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Liquorice responsible for?
Liquorice overhauled the brand and website design of a flavour house. Their team handled seething from logo colors and messaging to fully new wireframes for the organisation website.
Was there a dedicated team?
We’ve had one first point of touch, but we work with an IT team lead and creative ruler on their end as well.
How did you come to work with Liquorice?
They were recommended to us by someone we know who had worked with us precedently. It was veritably significant for us to go with a organisation that we could confide with such a big project, so the recommendation played a big role in that determination.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We have spent in the country of £65,000 (approachly $85,300 USD).
What is the terminal result of working with Liquorice?
We began working unitedly in August 2019 and the project is currently ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The full branding went live in November and we’ve had two exhibitions with the new branding since then. Qualitatively, it’s a solid advancement. Quantitatively we don’t have a lot of metrics just yet as it',s only been 4 weeks and the website hasn',t gone live fully, but we have surely improved our standards and allowed nation to better unite who we are.
Our clients have given us feedback that the interaction is much clearer than precedently, and from a personal perspective, it’s clear that the team and I feel much more snug talking almost our brand to clients owing of the increase in condition.
How did Liquorice accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
On the total, Liquorice has done a good job with project treatment. There’ve been challenges along the way, and we’ve missed deadlines on both sides, but projects never run precisely according to program anyway. You have to welcome that. As an overall package, we’re very lucky with their accomplishance.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Liquorice?
It was refreshing to work with Liquorice owing of the excitement that they brought to the project. When see we would challenge them with questions, they were veritably passionate and occupied with the ideas they had given us, so we were able to have a veritably fruitful back and forth rather than just compromising on the condition or messaging of the designs.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
At a few points throughout the project, we would request extra bits and pieces for the project, and it could feel like they were more interested in making sure they got the money for the agility than in providing condition labor. It’s not that I ponder they should give things away for free, but I do ponder they could perhaps work to liberate that labor in a better way.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Trust their ideas, owing this team veritably knows what they’re talking almost.
