What challenge were you trying to address with People First Marketing?
We were looking for someone to help us with digital marketing as well as website support for our pharmaceutical organisation.

What particular tasks were People First Marketing responsible for?
The goal was to work with People First Marketing and fetch the brand to the forefront on the marketing side. We also wanted to fetch the business onto the website, add commerce and get possible leads.
Before they got implicated, the website just sat there doing nothing and wasn’t fetching any commerce. It was just made for us and didn’t do anything from a marketing standpoint. My partners and I met with Suneel (Director of Strategy) and Sat (Director of Customer Excellence and Brand Reputation), and they came up with a program. Their team researched what other nation in our activity are doing, what they are doing differently to us, and how People First Marketing could sum their services and expertise to help us get to another level from where we are.

It has only been a couple of months. We are doing it on a month-to-month basis, and we began in February 2020.

They’ve been giving us statistical figures. From where we were even six weeks ago, we have seen a expressive change. It isn’t an overnight process with marketing, but we can already see that the commerce is slowly channeling through to our business. They’re little steps but eventually will lead to a big step once we take more and more commerce to the business and as we create more marketing strategies with People First.

In the long term, it is good to have constructive feedback and if there is any, I will be lucky to share it.
