I’m a client labor rep for an aviation organisation.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with SHERPA?
We needed someone to do UX investigation on our existing gate and then, according to the findings, help revamp our client gate.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were SHERPA responsible for?
SHERPA tested our existing platform. They conducted a few interviews with clients and our client labor team. From there, they began edifice wireframes for the UX. Since that stage was approved, they’ve moved onto the UI design and outgrowth is ongoing.
Was there a dedicated team?
The project director is our main point of touch. For each step, we’re in touch with 4–5 nation.
How did you come to work with SHERPA?
We investigationed online and shortlisted separate companies. Out of all the ones we touched, SHERPA made the best impression.
What are you access expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent $100,000.
What is the terminal result of working with SHERPA?
We began working unitedly in October 2018 and the project is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
So far, we’re satisfied with their work and labors. Everything is delivered on time within our firm deadlines, and they’ve been a big help throughout the complete travel.
How did SHERPA accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their project treatment access is very good. We’re in touch whichever daily or 2-3 times a week. It’s been an intense workload, but they coordinate well. Their team follows up on any changes, which is big.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with SHERPA?
They’re answering and pliant, suggesting solutions that don’t jeopardize our timeline. In some stages, we need to make unforeseen changes, and they fit well.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
If they expanded their team, they’d be able to get more work done. This isn’t an effect with our project but could be helpful for forthcoming projects they do.

I’m excellently satisfied and I’d commend others to work with them.
