I’m the managing ruler of W2 Training. We liberate business experiences training almost the globe. We design and liberate training for leaders and teams and for improving teams and cultures.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Zudu?
We were on our fifth website. The last website we had couldn’t be establish from an SEO point of view due to its composition, design, and a hard CMS. We wanted a new access that was more client-friendly with an easier UI. It’s our 25th birthday this year, so it’s significant that our website reflects our travel and maximizes our occasion to get that interaction athwart, hopefully resulting in more work.

What particular tasks were Zudu responsible for?
There were separate aspects we wanted to add to the website. From a functionality point of view, we wanted to include our huge library of resources almost leadership and team outgrowth. We also wanted to have a much more internimble blog component. Additionally, we wanted to include our case studies and history. They helped us with all of that. The website was developed on WordPress.
As part of the SEO work, they did a lot of investigation on our competitors, keywords, and backlinks, and that created the silo construction for the website.
Was there a dedicated team?
We had a team of three nation. We initially worked with Rick (Co-establisher and Client Director, Zudu) who set things up. He listened to and understood our needs, which manifested into a good action program and aim of work. We also worked with a frontend developer who is the creative one who took care of the look-and-feel of the website, and we worked with the other co-establisher and ops ruler who is on the technical side and took care of the SEO.
How did you come to work with Zudu?
Someone recommended them. I had never come athwart their name precedently, and it was collective media that highlighted them for us. We had almost five other companies we looked at.
They have educated us along the way starting from that very leading meeting. We have conversant so much almost SEO from them and different ways of constructing the website as well.
How much have you invested in them?
We have spent almost $25,000 USD.
What is the terminal result of working with Zudu?
We worked with them from November 2017–February 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Right from the onset, Zudu’s excitement, motivation, and emotion for what they do was plum. There was a lot of questioning, listening, and needs analysis, and we felt that they veritably understood what we were trying to do. They understood how we wanted to come athwart a bit differently from transmitted corporate training companies.
We love it. Our team thinks it is amiable and new and that it represents us well. Our clients and suppliers have said that they veritably like it as well. Zudu has been nimble in promoting it and has blogged almost it.
How did Zudu accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The migration was more of a challenge than we realized as we had to get all the information from the antecedent host and organisation who had it on their own CMS method.
We used Basecamp, which we establish extremely helpful. We had an open platform for everyone implicated in the project from both sides. All the documents were uploaded there, we could interaction nation, and it recorded all. We also had a lot of face-to-face meetings, which were helpful. Their project treatment was excellent.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Zudu?
I establish they were excellently good at translating. We aren’t very tech savvy, and when we did the SEO investigation, in particular, they translated that into helpful information for us. Their SEO and keyword investigation was specially powerful.
One of the highlights was the coaching and handover at the end. They gave us a lot of resources to help us out. They are trying to get us to be inhanging and not hanging which is something we like almost them.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Collaborate closely. Ours was a back and forth process which made it lucky. Don’t anticipate to get an awesome website and not be part of the travel. The more you collaborate, the better the output will be. Zudu can’t do their job if the client doesn’t do theirs, liberate on your tasks and objectives.
