Soft Orders is a multi-user mobile application that aims at improving order management capabilities of a business. It streamlines order processing by eliminating manual bottlenecks, preventing errors and establishing a smooth flow from sales quote to order fulfillment thus ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
GOAL
• Create a simple app that even the most technologically challenged people can use.

APPROACH
Project was started by a brainstorming session with the designers and developers. A need for simple order management was realised upon doing the research and examining the existing solutions in the market. Based off the research, a UX flow and wireframes set was designed. After the wireframes were approved, a very clean and intuitive UI was designed and presented as a prototype to a set of test users. After the changes were made, the development of the app was started on Ionic framework, for which I worked on the frontend code.
