Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the proprietor and creative ruler of Bridge Builder Digital, a boutique web outgrowth and branding firm.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with IndyLogix?

I was looking to reexplain deep coding issues and general WordPress conflicts. I was also looking for educational mentors. As I worked with IndyLogix, I conversant. They have very knowledgeable web educeers and designers. As we explaind issues, I always asked almost the process. They explain issues that come up in the flow or design and outgrowth for websites and other digital marketing clients.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were IndyLogix Solutions responsible for?

We do the design and outgrowth in-house. Once we get the website to a true locate and need mobile responsiveness to be optimized, or if we have plugins creating issues, I work with one of the Indy educeers to reexplain issues.

They’ve helped me a lot with hacked websites. I can’t fix that all of my clients invest in the best hosting out there. A lot of them come to me when they already have long-standing contracts with web hosts. We do our best to secure these websites, but sometimes they get hacked. Indy has been astounding at stepping in, going through all the files, scrubbing out the malware injections, reinstalling the WordPress core files, running tests, and interacting with Google to get the webmaster restriction lifted. They’re honestly like my particular ops team when issues arise.

How did you come to work with IndyLogix?

I was looking for a local web educeer in the Bay Area of California. I also got a lot of overseas applicants from China, England, and India. Most of the responses were of the general, copy-and-paste difference, but I could see that Tarun [Manager of Business Development, IndyLogix], who had written the response, had veritably read my brief and explained their services. His response seemed authentic, and their portfolio was forcible.

I got on a call with him that night. I had a new technology I wanted to explore, and I wanted to talk almost it with a senior educeer. Tarun connected me with someone that evening, and within a couple hours, we had done some cool work unitedly. I love interacting straightly with a very skilled team. From there, Tarun told me almost how they work. Most nation just send a PSD or a mockup and tell the provider to educe it. That’s not what I do. I like edifice, but I have limitations, so I told him I was looking for senior educeers to be at the helm with me when needed. He understood that, and they’ve been supporting me ever since.

How much have you invested with IndyLogix?

I generally bestow between $10,000 and $15,000 a year with them.

What is the terminal result of working with IndyLogix Solutions?

We began working unitedly in January of 2013, and our relationship is ongoing.

Results achieved

Could you share any evidence that would prove the productivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?

I’ve worked with educeers in over 10 countries, including Indonesia, the UK, Germany, Argentina, Panama, and the United States. There’s something almost this Indian team. Their morale is high, and they have a big perception of disposition. They also take work seriously and are always eager to delight. I never get an posture or weird gibe from them. I’m a happy-go-lucky guy, and I just find that this team shares those personality traits, and they’re fast. I’ve been working with the same educeer for many years, and I don’t even have to complete my sentences. We have big flows. They have all my data stored. I confide them with my sentient server information. At this point, they converse my speech.

The condition of their work exceeds my expectations. Most nation misunderstand how distant teams work. I realized soon on that you have to invest time in the relationship. If you’re going to be a project director, it’s not just giving orders. You have to innately do the work on paper and then have them execute in code. We use a lot of screenshots, exposition, confirmation that there’s knowledge, and working live side by side. I don’t just send task lists and hope they’re done the next day. This is a collaboration, a co-working experience for me.

How did IndyLogix accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They propose project treatment, but I run that myself. For someone who doesn’t have time to do that, Tarun is the best project director you could ask for. He’s been working in the activity for over a decade and seen see kind of project. The proprietors of the organisation are technical themselves, so know what they are doing. They’re a technically based and founded firm with a very supportive team.

We use Skype and email to adjoin. We’ve spoken on the phone a few times, and they’ve invited me to service parties over Skype, which I’ve enjoyed. Mostly, we use Skype courier.

What did you find most forcible almost IndyLogix?

I veritably esteem Tarun’s involvement and dedication to ensuring I’m always satisfied. He',s always making sure that I’m understood. I veritably esteem that he',s always paying observation. When you work with personal freelancers, sometimes they aren’t useful, have computer issues, or are too busy for you. The gain of IndyLogix is that if there’s an crisis project for them, they have additional nation who can jump in. I always feel supported, no substance what.

Are there any areas IndyLogix could better?

They might want to instrument more client feedback. I’ve been working closely with them for 4 years, and I’ve never accepted any kind of scan or contentment form. They’ve never asked for any review. Tarun has casually asked me how it’s working with different nation, but they might want to instrument an annual scan. I’ve been referring them within my network for years and last to do so. I veritably have no complaints.
