Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I was the head of the e-commerce section at Chaichun and now I’m the business outgrowth director at JPS Supermarket. JPS Supermarket is an online application-based gate where shoppers can locate an order of grocery items. Chaichun is a Magento-based e-commerce platform. I worked with MageComp at both companies.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with MageComp?
We needed a website and application developed for JPS Supermarket. For Chaichun, we needed an e-commerce platform developed since the antecedent one wasn’t coordinating properly with the fruit in provisions of SEO and SEM, and required separate changes.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were MageComp responsible for?
There were a lot of things missing in the e-commerce platform such as marketing tools and ways to extend out to the ultimatum quantity of nation. MageComp added new plug-ins, separate marketing tools, chat panels, and a goods and labors tax (GST), while also changing its complete look and feel.
For JPS Supermarket, they handled all. There was another organisation implicated, but they weren’t able to complete the project to our needs. I believed in MageComp’s work and brought them on board.
Was there a dedicated team?
We collaborate straightly with one of their co-founders. He’s helped us a lot, shedding light on all the things we can do and how to go almost doing it.
How did you come to work with MageComp?
We were referred to MageComp by a organisation that had them instrument a GST into their Magento website, which is precisely what we were looking for. I’ve been working on projects with them ever since. They work veritably hard to fix client contentment.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
Chaichun’s project was worth 2.5–4 lakhs ($250,000–$400,000 USD) a year. JPS Supermarket’s project will end up being almost 5–6 more lakhs ($500,000–$600,000 USD).
What is the terminal result of working with MageComp?
We began working unitedly in October 2017 and the collaboration is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
They’ve veritably helped us. Chaichun',s website was a fully marketing-oriented project, which we were able to get a benchmark out of. We’ll do the same with JPS Supermarket as well. So far, MageComp has met all timelines. At leading, we only assigned the GST integration to them, but owing of their efficiency and dedication, we gave them the complete project.
They also delivered an forcible app with all the functionalities for only $75,000 for JPS Supermarket. It was a 150-hour job, and they gave us an affordable cost.
How did MageComp accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I believe I got the best project treatment from them, and I’d rate them a 10 out of 10. They’re always useful by phone, email, and chat, making it extremely easy for clients to extend them.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with MageComp?
I’m impressed with their dedication, labor, and cost. They’re also very enthusiastic almost their work.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They’re masters in Magento, but they could swell into other platforms.
