Among the main challenges of this project, were to educe an online peer to peer loans platform for the Mexican market, bigly intuitive, with unappropriated accomplishment, and a functional and easy-to-use administration panel.

We were able to validate their technical and operational space in different calls and distant meetings, which generated big trust in Gustavo and his team, in the end all the certain factors were aligned to be able to select them, technical space, cost of their services and a big availability To take the challenge.

Our team was in direct of programning, UX UI design, and from there the Alluxi team was responsible for executing the outgrowth of each of the functions, the project was taking shape and reviewed weekly, the Alluxi team helped us at each stage from outgrowth to propel, until now they are responsible for livelihood.

The team was made up of 2 educeers from Alluxi and a project director, who was in direct of being the interaction channel with our team with which we had a fluid interaction and a high commitement level.

Working with the Alluxi team made this project practicable to educe, owing we could extend an contract with the costs and times, so that we could have a profitability for both companies, and in the end propose a high condition result to our client. The project is currently operating and processes an mean of 500 loan applications weekly, and is constantly growing
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
The project flowed with slight delays in its primary program, we were able to unite nice issues in time and in those we focused on solving them in the soon stages of the work program. We met weekly through Zoom, we used rendering control with Github, we organized all our documentation on Google Drive
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of Alluxi?
Its technical space to execute our ideas, and the big availability to address and explain the issues that arise in such a project. Together, we accomplished a lot and make a big team, so to last working with Alluxi. THey',re an extension of our Software Development team
What should be done better, if there are any desired betterments?
It seems to me that one point to better may be administrative control, which did not have a big contact on the achievement of the project, however, if it generated little additional costs.
