I’m the CEO of We are the Robots Inc., a software outgrowth firm based in Mexico City. We are specialized in educational and enterprise solutions with opensource software.

What challenge were you trying to address with Alluxi?

We were looking for a specialized organisation that could work specifically with Python and Django for one of our clients. 

Our client is a Canadian organisation that was were looking to educe a CRM. They had a very big education consulting services platform. We’d already began with this project, but our educeer left.

What particular tasks were Alluxi responsible for?

They custom-educeed a CRM using Python and Django. The business rules, commission rules, and client experience are customized. 

The business methodology covers all of the engineering processes, from the conceptualization to the livelihood and support.

We propeled the leading rendering, and then we renewed our contract with our client and Alluxi to last working on the project.

Was there a dedicated team?

We began off with two educeers, and now there are five educeers.

How did you come to work with Alluxi?

We establish them online three months precedently we had to propel. They had the expertise in Python and Django that we needed. They accepted and tackled the challenge and then liberateed.

They were able to liberate the requirements on time, and the code is excellent condition. The solution is sole owing it liberates value to the users, consultants, and directors of the organisation. 

The client is very lucky with the results, as are we. Our client wasn’t using a CRM in 2015, and then they had a 100% adoption rate athwart the total organisation (150 end-users have adopted it). 

We use a tool that gives us very specific code condition reviews, and they have very good code condition. They’ve have covered our code condition reviews using the best practices for both back-and frontend outgrowth up to 90%. They are in the top tier of code condition providers we’ve worked with. 

How did Alluxi accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

Their project treatment has been very good over the last two years. (At leading, it was a pliant rocky owing we were trying to apprehend our client’s end-users.)

Over the years, we’ve educeed a very clean, optimized methodology. Their requirement gathering and outgrowth processes are very nimble. We have an assigned project director on their side that’s in touch with our project director. 

We’ve educeed a very trusted, proestablish business relationship over the order of a few months. They are always very supportive and answering. They’re very ready to reply to any questions touching new or running features.

They’ve been able to apprehend all of our business goals, features, and rules. They’ve also been very careful almost apprehending the needs of a CRM that is evolving constantly. 

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Alluxi?

They maintain a very good weigh between an affordable cost and condition. This helps us add value to our processes, our expertise, and account treatment. 

Also, they’re committed to the project, and they don’t give up. They try to find a solution and work hard.  If something seems impracticable, they use engineering to make it practicable. They don’t run away from challenges—they tackle them. 

What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?

They could better their onboarding for new engineers. They are constantly acquiring new genius, but they could do better almost introducing us to the educeers.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

They’re issue explainrs. Degood the project with a general aim and then work unitedly to process the way they’re going to explain the issue. Trust them owing they have the expertise and an engineering mindset. After you’ve degoodd the solution with them, work out the best way to find the costs, the schedule, and the aim of the project.
