What challenge were you trying to address with Better Software Group?
We were looking for a associate to educe platform applications. We wanted to propel a new rendering of our mobile app, web labor, keen labor, and HbbTV labor.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Better Software Group responsible for?
They educeed the UX/U for all of our platforms. They collaborated with our team to engineer and write code for the platforms. They will soon be working on a proof-of-concept (POC) for another project.
Was there a dedicated team?
We had 1–2 full-time software educeers, one QA individual, one test engineer, 2 UX/UI designers, and a project director.
How did you come to work with Better Software Group?
I establish them online. We were looking for a vendor with software educement experiences, UX expertise, and method educement capabilities. We met to expound our needs and expectations, and they presented their ideas to us. We chose to work with them based on their digital experience and portfolio.
What is the terminal result of working with Better Software Group?
We worked unitedly from June – September 2019.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
They delivered a completed application that we’ve all been pleased with. It’s innovative owing they kept up with activity trends and introduced present solutions. We were very lucky with the collaboration.
How did Better Software Group accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were prepared for see meeting and offered more than expected. All of the deadlines were met. If changes were presented to them that required extended deadlines, they interacted that and met the new timeline. We interacted through email, phone, Skype and meetings. In the leading month, we had more many meetings, but lessened them as we interacted more through other avenues.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Better Software Group?
Their attitudes, access and level of experience were most forcible. They reflection out of the box and looked for new solutions, perspectives and methods. They were pliant to meet our needs.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Nothing I can recollect needs to be improved.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
If you want to do something present and innovative which will be state-of-the-art, they are the best organisation. This is true from an engineering, code condition, and UX/UI perspective.
