We',re a Swiss SaaS [software-as-a-labor] organisation that provides our clients a labor that allows them to add online booking to their labors with separate other labors like scheduling meetings and appointments, ratings, making promotions, sending reminders for meetings, and so on. It',s very significant that our labor works all the time, and we were in a time where the individual who used to feel the IT was no longer with the organisation, so I needed someone to do that work and make it better by adding new features.

What particular tasks were BinarApps responsible for?
We have a Ruby on Rails platform with a database with a React front-end. They maintain the code, database, and servers and take any alerts when the servers go down. Our backend is very intricate owing clients have many appointments, and it needs to load fast and owing those need to sync with other calendars.
How did you come to work with Binar ::Apps?
This was the leading time I used an outsource organisation, and it was significant that I have a firm that cared almost my business. I spoke to the CTO of Binar::Apps [Maciej Krasowski], and he was very answering. I knew if the boss was that answering, he would anticipate that from his employees as well. The loading time of our application has gone down drastically, which is very good. The application is very firm, and we',ve doubled our client base. I',m lucky with the progress we',ve made. We will last to move advanced and create on what we have. We haven',t taked any calls that the method is down, which resources all Binar::Apps has done has worked. It',s significant for them to make the client lucky. They',re very grave, applied, and hardworking.

We use Trello and Slack to adjoin. They are very answering, and their English is very good. They',re very elegant and open-minded.

They',re specialized in Ruby on Rails backend and Angular, but I ponder there are other technologies that are very interesting that they could have more expertise in. I want to use the best technologies to make sure all runs as smoothly as practicable.
