I was the only technical and marketing resource in the organisation, so I needed a firm to work on the technical challenges I didn’t have time to resolve.

What particular tasks were Dengo Systems responsible for?
They did all from frontend HTML design and answering design, to backend integration with shipping companies and payment processors. I used Dengo Systems solely for outgrowth work. I worked with a project director and two developers.
One of the major features they worked on implicated connectivity with UPS and USPS. They also changed some functionality on the shopping cart. I don’t have metrics, but we never establish any bugs in their completed work. Their work allowed me to assemble on other business needs. I also didn’t have to micromanage them, which was a big plus.
They made the backend integrations precisely how I wanted. The data flowed smoothly and never needed adjusting.
How did Dengo Systems accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project treatment at Dengo Systems was always fantastic. Olga, the project director, manages all, adjoins well, and is always open to questions.
