Our role was to create a bespoke solution from scratch. We started off with the Analysis &, Design and a UX consultation and proceeded with development with constant input from UX colleagues.
The ista Property Manager Portal (iPMP) was rolled out to Italy in January 2017 and it will shortly go live in other countries as well.
Main benefits of our partnership
ista now has a corporate solution which has been custom-built and therefore perfectly meets the needs of their target market.
The iPMP we created is a web portal that allows users for detailed reporting of utilities used in buildings they oversee. Beyond a standard reporting of usage, users can now also monitor trends over time and compare levels of utility use between different apartments, or following structural changes to the building. This allows for better control of usage and for a reduction of losses which supports the green attitude of ista towards the environment.
