Future Processing?Mainly to educe mobile application using Flutter framework for Barrio. Barrio connects clients with restaurants making it more efficient to book and program lucky hour events.
What were your objectives for this project?
Most significant was to get to market as fastly as practicable with soon adopters. The second goal was aligned to show progress with investors who were interested in the project.

Describe the project in detail.
Once we determined to try this project with Future Processing, we had a video call describing the project goals and timeline. As a result, based on Future Processing',s recommendations we created a backlog in Jira and BitBucket repository. For the educement part we determined to hire two educeers (mobile frontend part and backend) and used so named ",test sprint", - we could decide behind this sprint whether we are satisfied and if we wanted to last educement or we would move advanced with another vendor. As we were lucky with the progress, we determined to last cooperation. We could say it was typical tie and material contract, 2 week sprints, customary video call and conversations on loose.

As mentioned earlier, it was only one Product Owner on the website and two educeers. Additionally we only checked code condition by one of the senior educeers to make sure all was good.

For us it was very significant to set and liberate this project fastly. It wasn',t the biggest project but we needed results fastly and we got it. I was impressed that they reacted so fastly owing they are excellently a big software house.

Hard to say at this stage. It was fast and little project and we are satisfied with the progress. In the next project we would anticipate more feedback from the vendor',s website on our ideas and decisions.
