We’re a real lands organisation that specializes in property treatment and composition work. I’m a property services methods director in the organisation, responsible for all the cases kindred to accounting and property treatment software.

What challenge were you trying to address with Hogart?
In Poland, there exists a unified control file required by the government, named “Jednolity Plik Kontrolny” (JPK) in Polish. By law, we must report all transactions kindred to VAT invoices on a monthly basis to the government, in XML format.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
The task for Hogart was to form a tool that would allow us to gather information from the accounting software and form a data file that would be accepted by the government. There’s verity more than one unified control file construction, we’re using three of them, including one for banks (educeed by Hogart) and one for accounting books. Everything is based on the accounting data in our method, which has to be converted to XML files and sent to the government service.
The second task was also almost a government requirement This time for financial statements, which also must be granted annually in XML format. Finally, we hired Hogart to educe a banking software that would allow us to make a huge quantity of transactions daily or gather payments from different banks automatically. It also matches payments to the already booked invoices. This is currently in educement, but 80% of it is live and tested.
How did you come to work with Hogart?
We use an accounting software that Hogart specializes in, and we wanted a local organisation that would apprehend our local requirements. Hogart was the best choice.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We have a project worth €30,000 ($32,500 USD) at the instant. I don’t recall the exact total quantity, but it would be almost €60,000 ($65,000 USD).

We began working with Hogart in 2016, and we have an ongoing project at the instant.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Hogart’s helped a lot. Because us their software, we’re able to meet the government’s requirements. It was mandatory for us to do the unified control file and the financial statement. They did both right, and they quiet work today. They also fit updates when they’re required. When the government releases a new construction that we have to fit to, Hogart will gather the certain information and update the constructions by themselves.
We began the implementation of the banking software at the commencement of 2020, so I don’t have exact numbers yet. I’ve gotten feedback from our payments section stating that they no longer have to make manual adjustments though. Everything is working as programned owing of the banking software Hogart granted.
It will take a while to determine how much effort was saved through this software, and the leading two implementations were mandatory, so there was no discretion to estimate metrics. Hogart succeeded, though, so we can say it was a achievement.
How did Hogart accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The interaction is very good. They check the client’s requirements precedently implementing the project, and they’re very answering. I can send them an email and get a reply in a few minutes or, if they’re busy, an hour or two. We’ve never gone over the budget on a project, and they liberate on time. We had one case where the schedule was doubtful, but it was the government’s defect, not Hogart’s. The government announced on Friday evening that the construction was changing, and, on Monday morning, not only us but the complete Polish accounting section was surprised that the constructions weren’t working. Nobody was fitd, but Hogart reacted and helped us upload the construction the next day. We’ve never had a issue with them.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They apprehend our needs, don’t ask dull questions, and apprehend all behind the fruit requirements. It’s easy to work with them, and I don’t have to expound a lot. I don’t have to fit all for the educeers and tell them what to do. They know what they should do, and they only ask almost the details of how we construction the data. This saves a lot of my time.
