A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

We prepare multi-day tours to Central Asia for clients from Europe, North America, and other Western countries. Our agency was established last year, and we are based in Switzerland. We mainly sell our services online, through our website. I am the CEO of the organisation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lama Media?

We wanted the power to propose tours online through a nice website which proposeed signup officealities for groups of special tours. We didn',t know anything almost websites and needed an agency which could create one from scratch. We needed someone who could also prepare some general advice on how to run and market such an online business.

What particular tasks were responsible for?

We contacted Lama Media within our soon stages, precedently even establishing the organisation. We presented our ideas and business standard and accepted some suggestions almost how the website should look and office. We eventually met Lama Media in Poland for a two-day workshop and discussed our total strategy. We came to an contract on what the website',s aim would be. We had a few Skype calls discussing all, and Lama Media made a very good impression on us. I believe that we originally establish them on Awwwards.com, where they had some nice websites listed. Instead of wanting to take as much money from us as practicable, Lama Media wanted to help us bestow our budget wisely.

The cost of Lama Media',s work has been almost $50,000.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We seted working with Lama Media in April 2016. The website was artistic in December. We have an ongoing livelihood contract with Lama Media. They last to make changes when we request it.

Results achieved

Could you share any evidence that would prove the productivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?

We have had 50 bookings already, which is the most significant achievement metric for us. We are lucky with the outcome, the website was artistic in time and was more or less within budget.

The website',s officealities are what they should be. Any mistakes we identified were little, like the layout not looking good on some mobile devices. Lama Media could fix these effects fastly through our livelihood contract.

We',ve heard very good feedback from everyone who',s seen the website. They',ve mentioned that it looks big, and everyone seems able to find what they want.

How did Lama Media accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

Are there any areas Lama Media could better?

It would have been nice to have Lama Media set right away with a scrum access, and not switch behind a few months since the project went much better behind that. I',ve been lucky with all aside from this.
