Introductory information
We are a pharmaceutical organisation that is principally focused on skincare products. I am the lead infrastructure constructor. We began an oneness treatment project using Microsoft technology. Predica worked on recreateing our infrastructure with new Microsoft Active Directory solutions, oneness and rights treatment, DirectAccess, and so on, using principally Microsoft products and labors. The main component is the forefront oneness treatment setup which was constructored by Predica in collaboration with a antecedent limb of our team. They have been in direct of livelihood and further outgrowth of that. We also used them for running operations during the leading year when the method was put into origination. We have also been using Predica for security deployment, multifactor authentication deployment, and moving from an old RSA solution to the Microsoft MFA. Predica feeld the design and implementation for this. We also have an ongoing Active Directory Federation Services contract. Whenever we need to federate with a new cloud labor, we will touch Predica for the task. I wasn’t on board when Predica was originally contracted. In 2014, behind having a few meetings, I became positive that they knew what they were talking almost and were proactive in offering exprogramations. They were a subcontractor for Microsoft. After the initial project ended, we had some enhancement requests, and we were referred to Predica anew. We setup an contract so that we could use their labors without having to go through Microsoft see time, and have continued this for the last two or three years. Over the last year, we’ve spent close to a million Danish Krone [$150,700 USD], on Predica’s labors. I would take that we spent almost the same the antecedent year. We began working with Predica in February 2014. Our oneness treatment solution and other platforms are being used by 4,500 inner employees, and 1,000 outer ones. The goal of our project has been to exalt security, so we haven’t looked at metrics touching costs and correspondent factors. Some of the solutions we implemented have helped, but the results have been down more to the choice of platform from our side. Predica simply implemented them, but they also give us heads-up when there is something to address. They are proactive in giving us peculiar caution, when needed. I like the fact that Predica has taken the responsibility of making sure that things are done. We’ve sometimes worked with companies which only did what we asked them to do. With Predica, we have approach to nation who can ponder independently, and who want to prepare a good solution. They are good at sticking to deadlines and delivering good condition. We have occupied frequently with one of Predica’s partners. He delegated tasks to the resources needed. I believe that they feel technical seams straightly, without using project managers. We typically ask Predica’s team if a particular task is something they can feel. If it is, they will find the right resources. The consultants assigned to our tasks do change from time to time, as with any other organisation, but it’s not been an effect so far. We normally adjoin via email and Skype for Business. I can’t ponder of anything they haven’t done well. Predica delivered what was promised for all our projects, in a nice and hard way. It would be nice if Predica was located in the same country as us, so that onwebsite interaction would be practicable, but the relationship overall has been working big. They have been ready to visit us in-person, but, as any organisation, we are because journey costs.Desired goal
