needed for full service, repair and diagnostic work in the shortest possible time.Creating an online application available with subscription (SaaS) in order to replace earlier offline products. The product was essential to the client’s core business. The application has to be available on mobile appliances and desktop computers, with controlled access and usage of subscription levels available currently and for future options bought by small to medium sized businesses as well as major corporations. The main technological challenges include, the large amount of legacy data available in varying formats which is also being constantly updated and augmented with new data, development of the application to build in flexibility in delivery to allow the data suites to be packaged appropriately to disparate client needs, support for a 17 languages.
