What I saw in Ratio Web was a very professional, well-coordinated team. There’s big value in having a designer and a developer who is in customary interaction and are part of the same team. She was ensuring that her designs were aligned with the cleverness of the outgrowth team and that we could execute within budget and wouldn’t encounter with the outgrowth roadmap. The biggest thing is for the client to set expectations about project aim and timing. Because they’re working on multiple projects, it’s up to the client to set expectations about what the requirements are going to be and to give visibility into the roadmap so they can carve out time. It’s not a denying for them.
What tips or recommendations could you share that might increase the likelihood of achievement with Ratio Web?
