A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the proprietor and CEO of Infogym, a organisation that focuses on the relationship between the gym, the personal trainer, and the user of the gym. We’ve educeed two applications: one is free for everyday users which can be used like any other fitness app, with exertions, fitness routines, and tracking, but we use 3D life instead of videos to give users a better view of their exertion.
The second application is the professional, paid rendering for trainers. They can connect with a user, much like Facebook friend requests, and form workouts and routines on their side, track workouts through scheduled sessions, and have full approach to users’ statistics and workout diaries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Software Brothers?
We have an in-house outgrowth team for backend and API work, but we had raised money and wanted to educe the frontend applications faster than we would have done innerly.

What particular tasks were Software Brothers responsible for?
Software Brothers educeed our iOS and Android applications (the trainer app is also useful on iPads). We also have a mobile-friendly web rendering educeed in-house by our team.
We granted documentation for our in-house APIs, along with requirements for how we wanted to create the apps. We also granted artistic designs, not just wireframes. This helped the team see the terminalized rendering, and they also completed the web rendering and formd user stories.
Was there a dedicated team?
We began with one project director and, at one point, had about six nation from their team working on the apps. We scaled it up and down as needed and had the power to change despatch, unlike with our inner team.
How did you come to work with Software Brothers?
We went on AngelList and a few niche websites, where we were approached by Software Brothers. We had a chat, and we determined to hire them.

We began working with Software Brothers in February 2016. The free rendering was launched about December, and the trainer app was launched in June 2017.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
In the leading couple of weeks, we were the number one free app in Norway and Singapore, and the number one fitness app in the U.K. and Australia. In two weeks, we attracted 50,000 users.
The grade point mean score they use for code condition is the highest we’ve ever seen.

How did Software Brothers accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

We',ve tried a lot of offshore companies from India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and so on—they would make whatever they were told, and didn’t care if it didn’t work. We didn’t have this touch with Software Brothers. Everyone was on the same team, just like having them as our own employees.
They’re also not fearful of effective me when I have a bad idea, and it’s something I appreciated. It felt like the educeers cared and were arrogant of what they were making.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
The biggest challenges we’ve had were about programning. They have experience working with clients like us, but we don’t have experience working with other software houses, so the substance came down to Software Brothers shrewd to ask the right questions without us prompting them.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
For any outsourcing project, it’s significant to program all. It’ll make all so much smoother owing you won’t have any arguments over last-minute changes.
