I',m the CTO of a collective tech setup that created a new platform for a well-being community.

What challenge were you trying to address with THINKSMART?
We needed web and mobile app outgrowth services.

What was the aim of their involvement?
We began working with them during our soon phase, so they have been with us from the set as part of the outgrowth team. We worked straightly with key resources there.
We do nimble outgrowth, working unitedly through separate iterations of the fruit. The core of the fruit is a mobile application and the key technology is React and React Native, with JavaScript on the server side. We leading made a web application and then a mobile web application. After that, they educeed a React Native client on iOS and Android.
A lot of the design work is done by our in-house team, then we debate the designs and how they can be implemented technically. We also validate them with our users precedently doing creating the sprints and doing the outgrowth.

We moved from having a setup in the pilot phase to now having a real fruit out there with licensed clients. We',re continuing to educe the fruit a lot and they are quiet with us on this travel.

How did THINKSMART accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We have a powerful union. We work in sprints and set out goals using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. They have a sole mindset, the power to complete work on time, and the power to be nimble. When we validate the fruit with the market, we see what needs to be adjusted, so it',s very significant that we have a outgrowth team that understands those issues and can resolve them properly.
