We prepare the largest form e-commerce aggregator platform in Poland and a few other countries. We show nation fruits from different webshops and brands, and redirect them to those stores. Our organisation was established 5 years ago.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tooploox?
More and more of our users viwebsited our website through mobile devices, which is to be expected. Right now, almost 50% of the commerce is done through mobile. In order to make their experience better, we determined to create an app, not only a light rendering of the website. We have built an in-house mobile team in the meantime but needed outer resources in the commencement.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Tooploox has built our mobile apps for Android and iOS. We also have a home and garden website which is run as a second business and is the second largest website of its kind in Poland. Tooploox developed apps for this website as well. All apps were written natively for each platform. Tooploox was responsible for design, as well as changes and updates, ultimately offloading the work to our own team.

Our general touch is that we wouldn',t have been able to propel the apps as fast by working with someone else. Tooploox proved to be a hands-on agency, and handled a lot of the fruit work on our side, doing what was needed in order to propel the apps. We didn',t have antecedent mobile experience, so we weren',t the best associate to create an app for, given that we weren',t able to form definite, detailed aims in the commencement. Tooploox did a big job of propeling the app within our timeframe, even though the aim proved much bigger than initially reflecting.
The only quantifiable metrics are the feedback on Google Play or the Apple Store.
