The Challenge:
SIG Poland sought ways to standardize and streamline its B2B customer service and contractor relations processes. The solution had to integrate with SIG’s existing architecture.
Our Solution:
Sig.pl is a custom B2B e-commerce platform built using PHP and
PosgreSQL database. Tailored to the construction industry needs, it allows 24/7 access to product information &, support and facilitates operation of over 50 branches and a few hundred sales executives serving SIG clients in Poland.The ERP integration was achieved with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, enabling a data flow between a range of apps, incl. PIM, sales &, discount contracts, custom price lists or a warehouse &, in-store stock availability solution.
The platform lays the foundation for further development of sales processes.
