Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the project director at Fieldd Service Software, a setup based in Austin, TX. Fieldd is an all-in-one scheduling app for field labor companies like maid labors, carpet cleaning, etc.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Visuality?

We had been working with a big outgrowth cluster and missed the benefits of working with a smaller firm. We determined to find a new cluster that would be more emotionate almost our fruit and office as a part of our team.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

Visuality built a new Progressive Web App (PWA) for us based on our preexisting app using Ruby on Rails and React. They also used MySQL for database treatment. The app is built for both field agents and their supervisors, and its core officeality focuses on viewing/setting a schedule. Phone numbers are linked, and addresses are set to open Google Maps. Field agents can attach notes, files, and videos to specific appointments, and supervisors have error on the business calendar.

Visuality also made phraseology changes on the frontend and built a new time tracking component for the platform. The PWA has already launched, but they’re continuing to form and instrument new components.

Was there a dedicated team?

We worked with the CEO and CTO throughout the project, and they brought on two developers, one frontend and one backend. We also worked with separate others while waiting for our dedicated backend.

How did you come to work with Visuality?

We establish them online behind doing some investigation and connected with them on LinkedIn. From there we had separate calls and seted work right away.

What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?

We’ve spent almost $80,000 so far.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We seted working unitedly in July of 2017, and the project is ongoing.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

I don’t have metrics to share on hand, but user feedback has been very real. The app is single and fast, and it’s saved our clients a big deal of time.

How did Visuality accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They’ve been excellent. We used Trello for roadmaps in the commencement of the project and later switched to Jira for task treatment. We primarily use Slack for daily interaction.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

Despite the interval between our two companies, they felt like friends and family for us. They take terrible loftiness in their work and veritably seemed to care almost our project. There’s real emotion in what they do, which is very significant when you’re edifice an app from scratch. They encouraged us to ponder critically almost what we included in the app and granted feedback that helped us make informed decisions.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

We would have been a bit more organized had they used Pivotal from the set. Also, despite working within an Agile framework, they don’t prepare estimations that we were used to with other outgrowth clusters. This is partially just due to their size.

Advice for possible clients?

I would hint that their clients journey to Poland for their fruit kickoff. We were there for three days, and it felt like we got a month’s worth of work done during that time.
