Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
We are a grocery delivery labor. I am the CTO.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Heads and Hands?
We wanted to form mobile apps to go along with our website, giving clients a new way to order groceries. Since we didn’t have an inner team, we determined to outsource the project.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Heads and Hands responsible for?
They developed our app for Android and iOS, which is a typical e-commerce platform with a catalog, profile pages, order history, and a real-time tracking page for users’ orders. We wanted to make it as single as practicable, while fulfilling all user demandments.
They helped with publishing to the app stores and designing landing pages for our website, as we wanted to have a congruous visual phraseology between the web and our apps.
What is the team compound?
We work with about seven nation from their team, including a project director, two iOS developers, two Android developers, a QA engineer, and a designer.
How did you come to work with Heads and Hands?
We establish them using a ratings website. There was a contest and we talked to separate outsourcers. Heads and Hands had a good vision for our project and a portfolio containing correspondent apps.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The cost of their work was between $10,000 and $50,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Heads and Hands?
We began the conversation with them in late July 2017. Our apps were prompt by the end of December. We last to work with them on an update and other projects for inner use.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The initial versions of the apps are live in stores. User feedback has been good overall, and the ratings of both apps are about 4.1. This is a good result, but we quiet have separate changes to make.
Profits have been perceptible, given that more than 40% of our orders are being made through the mobile apps.
How did Heads and Hands accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
There have been no issues with interaction, and they don',t demand much observation. We want to share in the project as much as practicable, to share our vision. So, we adjoin frequently, with the start being ours.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Heads and Hands?
I like their designs.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Everything was good.
Do you have any advice for forthcoming clients of theirs?
It',s significant for clients to share and propose as many details as practicable, even if it’s assigned to an outsourced associate. This rule is strong for all developers, not just Heads and Hands.
