Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.
They designed and developed all of the wireframes and also assisted with our throw deck. They work in 2-week sprints so we seted with discussing the idea and mind mapping the fruit. We then developed the wireframes by component will allowed to iterate as we went. We had a fully working design at the end which we were able to use to see all of the functionality.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
We had a designated project director with multiple designers. We primarily interfaced with the PM only, which make it much more efficient for us. It would have slowed the process down if we had to interface with multiple parties separately.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the contact that this project has had on your business?
We are very soon in the setup lifecycle so there hasn',t been a direct business contact yet. Though, the deliverables from this project have clsoon helped us to further asses fruit-market fit.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
The project director assigned to us was very talented. Very powerful in helping us ponder through all and veritably determine what is significant and precious. She also is extremely professional, meets with us daily to fix all is to our contentment.

There is very pliant they can better. The only betterment is make sure you are clear on deliverable timelines. They are a big agency so they are busy and you just need to have dicsussions upfront on how resources will be dedicated to your project.
