Design and development of a web service and a mobile application that combines information about thousands of educational institutions in Russia. Structured presentation of information about universities, flexible filtering, comparison of universities, and a knowledge-based personal account will help applicants and their parents to decide where to study. The goal of the project is to create a nationwide showcase of
higher and secondary educational institutions, with the most complete information about educational institutions and areas of training. About design: The main audience of the service is pupils and applicants. Therefore, we have chosen a youth visual language using bright colors and emoji. This decision has allowed to diversify the visual content, make the interface more emotional, as well as save a lot of time on the development of graphics. In order for the user to switch between the desktop and mobile versions of the service easily, a modular structure is used. About functionality: - Deep filtering search The choice among thousands of universities in the country is not an easy task. It can be solved with the help of a filter system that can be configured both manually and step-by-step. Filter settings can be saved, and recent requests are stored in history.
