I’m the chief sales and marketing official for Del-Air Heating and Air Conditioning, the largest residential air conditioning organisation in Florida.

What challenge were you trying to address with DevCom?
We didn’t have good lead treatment, and we needed someone to create our CRM.

What particular tasks were DevCom responsible for?
DevCom built our CRM and also worked on our mobile sales platform and business intelligence cleverness. They’ve done a lot of single integrations to better the data flow. They bolted SugarCRM onto our Hitachi FSA to capture leads in both systems and to track our clients’ actions. We now have the cleverness to have a status for clients athwart their total life with us.

I’d worked with them at a different organisation. They did good work there, so I determined to hire them in my new position.

We partnered in January 2016, and the work is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Because of them, we',ve lowered our administrative costs and increased our administrative condition. Our sales have gone way up owing we',ve been able to successfully handle leads.
How did DevCom accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re answering and do their best to apprehend our business. They liberate on what they promise and keep project scopes little in order to execute them to the best of their power.

Communication can sometimes be hard owing they’re overseas, and they could run more training modules.

If practicable, foster a relationship between them and your inner IT team to help them explain issues more fastly.
