What challenge were you trying to address with Perfectial?
We had a project last year to create a new organisation from scratch. We needed to hire an outer resource to help us create an e-commerce website in order to drive retail.

What was the aim of their involvement?
Perfectial led outgrowth of all technical implicated with creating the website. In accession to the frontend, they educeed all the backend-related data flows. The website handles shipping and payment capabilities, so they educeed the data flow to both of those systems. They also helped us educe an analytics landscape and all the infrastructure certain to empower data science. They created our data warehouse, degoodd the architecture of the data schema, and last to maintain the data science environments.
Was there a dedicated team?
The size of the team varied depending on our needs. At the peak, we worked with a project lead, architects, engineers, and testers. In general, the team size was anywhere from 3–11 nation.
How did you come to work with Perfectial?
We began the project with a different organisation but were not lucky with the liberateables. We switched to Perfectial owing they were the powerfulest aspirant based on recommendations.

What is the status of this engagement?
Work began almost October 2017. The leading non e-commerce website launched in December 2017, then the full website launched in March 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We’ve been veritably lucky with them. Compared to other firms we worked with in the past, Perfectial had veritably stellar project treatment. The project director kept things well-structured, and she was also excellently technical and knowledgeable. She replied fast and always came up with hard solutions when we came to her with requests. She also was good at estimating the time and cost for each task. We felt super snug having her as our project director.
How did Perfectial accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project director was the key ingredient to both the project’s achievement and us being lucky working with Perfectial. She was excellent at knowledge the business requirements and translating them into technical requirements. She also was excellently proactive at making decisions almost what could or could not be done based on our requirements.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
Their flexibility was most forcible. Perfectial was able to tackle unforeseen issues. They could cope with different situations and quiet always liberate good condition. We would frequently come up with questions or tasks that were pressing. We could compute on them to help us brainstorm to find solutions, and then ramp up or down resources as needed.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Sometimes there was a slight misinterpretation owing of the speech barrier. The project director was searching to making the project work despite that challenge.
Do you have any advice for practicable clients?
Make sure you have a good rapport with your assigned project director. When working with any organisation from another computery, try to work with them in individual as much as practicable. That surely improves efficiency and minimizes the speech barrier.
