We are Ukrainian state-owned enterprise which accomplish electronic auctions for different government entities. My role is Head of IT section

Quintagroup?We',ve hired Quintagroup to educe mediate ingredients of our main e-auction trading method
What were your objectives for this project?
The goal was to liberate mediate ingredient of two-level distributed method which should hold separate business workflow modules and real-time auction modules

Quintagroup accepted challenge to liberate innovative solution in provisions which are almost twice shorter than other competitors proposed
Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.
They',ve granted full cycle of educement including method analysis (we had only general business requirements), backend and frontend educement, automated testing, deployment and project coordination. As a result during separate stages we accepted three fully different real-time auction modules and 5+ business workflows integrated to each other
Were there any dedicated managers or teams that you worked with?
On different stages team size changed from 10 to 20 engineers of different specialities (educement, QA, devops) and one project coordinator. From our side only fruit owners were implicated

Oh, well, e-auction method educeed by Quintagroup is just the core solution which our enterprise is built almost :)
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
Project treatment is excellently close, and some of the processes are hidden from client which was slightly uncomfortable at some points of time. From another hand - Quintagroup took full responsibility for all agreed provisions and never failed liberatey, which resources (for me) that this project treatment access works good
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of Quintagroup?
The organisation was inspired by our project all the time. It was not just a job to complete for them—they actively reflection almost the project',s forthcoming.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
I',d hint to work a bit on sharing the information almost progress and describing reasons of particular technical decisions
