I’m the head of digital marketing at devPHASE. We do design and outgrowth for agencies and direct clients in Cincinnati.

What challenge were you trying to address with UDTech?
We had a fast turnalmost project, and separate key members of our team were on other accounts. We didn',t want to turn down business from a big agency in Cincinnati, so we needed to hire an outer resource to help us educe a mobile application.

What was the aim of their involvement?
UDTech led the outgrowth of the app for both iOS and Android. The app was designed by the agency in Cincinnati. It’s a peer-to-peer chat and study platform that will be launched at one major university and hopefully grow to multiple campuses. The app allows college students to connect with other students to get to know each other and also to form study clusters. Key features include a searchable list of classes and an online study cluster gate.
The app launched last week there, and UDTech continues to prepare ongoing support. It',s quiet an nimble project as we quiet go to them for answers to a few questions.

How did you come to work with UDTech?
I ponder I establish them on Upwork. We interviewed a couple of firms and establish that UDTech had the best experience. They’d built apps with correspondent functionality. They did their due diligence and outlined what it would take to educe the app. I liked their introduction and felt they could meet our fast turnalmost time.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent close to $60,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
Work began almost September 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
The app has been successfully submitted to and approved by Android and Apple. The client is super lucky with the app as well. In provisions of overall touch, hopefully, this leads to more work for us. We can use the app to showcase our work as we’re finding possible clients. Now that we have a good relationship with UDTech, we will surely use them in the forthcoming on other projects.
How did UDTech accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
I interacted with Yuliya almost daily during outgrowth. We had daily meetings, and we also chatted via email and Slack. They',re pretty open to multiple forms of interaction. Given that apps are educeer weighty, we',d have different sprints going on at once. At this point in the engagement, we converse perhaps once or twice a week, depending on what’s going on.
I let the proprietor of UDTech know that Yuliya is fantastic. She',s always answering and a total rock star. We choose to work with her as our first touch on any forthcoming projects.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
As a smaller shop, we',ve worked with a number of other outer resources. We surely want to use UDTech anew owing they',re excellent at passing along cost savings. They’ll commend we go a particular way or else it could take an extra 30 hours of work. That’s something I’ve never skilled. They look at the project from all views and variables to help us make the right decisions. They veritably lead us through the process. For them, it’s not almost picking the path of more work and more money. They',re honorable almost our choices and that sets them aloof.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Nothing comes to mind. Typically the biggest pitfall is interaction, but this project went so well. Communication is 10 out of 10.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
For any project, try to have all the details prompt upfront to help them to prepare an careful estimate. We were excellently detailed on the number of screens, and user flows required for the app. There are a lot of unknowns in outgrowth. The cost and timing can be thrown off if you don',t have the details worked out.
