Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m the ruler of growth strategy &, execution at a media organisation. We run video-on-demand services as a smaller business unit of our larger network. I centre primarily on running acquisition marketing and retention marketing.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with AdVenture Media Group?
We needed help operating our accomplishment marketing channels, principally Facebook and search. We wanted a new agency to be fully centreed on one brand, instead of working athwart all parts.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were AdVenture Media Group responsible for?
They handle all of the operational aspects of our campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, limited to paid collective and paid search at the instant. They veritably work the campaigns from see angle in provisions of setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting. We associate on strategy, for the most part, and they’re the operational piece of it. We had specific KPI’s and sign-ups for our services that we wanted to meet. There isn’t any one specific deliverable in this relationship, but rather a desired ongoing campaign accomplishment.
Was there a dedicated team?
On the business side, I work with Ari (Director of Sales, AdVenture Media Group). In the onboarding phase, I worked with Isaac (Founder &, CEO, AdVenture Media Group). On a day-to-day basis, I work with Erica (Senior Account Strategist, Adventure Media Group), Patrick (Director of PPC/SEM, Adventure Media Group), and Ronnie (Senior Account Strategist, Adventure Media Group).
How did you come to work with AdVenture Media Group?
We evaluated five different agencies, and each one accomplishs an audit of our account and came up with recommendations on how they would run things. We determined to go with AdVenture Media Group based on their accomplishment in that entire process.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve invested approachly $500,000.
What is the terminal result of working with AdVenture Media Group?
We began working unitedly in January 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We were already running the channels that we act through Adventure Media precedently we brought them on, but our efficiency in them has drastically betterd. I’d say our work has been cut in half, which is astounding. It also translates into subscribers signing up for the services we propose. In provisions of income, we’re stretching our budget twice as far as we used to.
How did AdVenture Media Group accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
They accomplish excellently from a project handlement standpoint. Communication and answeringness are probably the strongest parts of their team. They’re super answering and I don’t ever feel like they’ve dropped the ball on anything. We talk weekly, and are emailing constantly. It’s been veritably smooth overall.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with AdVenture Media Group?
The interaction and the reflection process on the strategy have been most forcible. They’re always up to despatch on what we’re doing and fetch a lot of veritably good ideas to the table, so it feels collaborative. Instead of just effective them what to do and not being implicated in their process, they’re more like an extension of our team.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
We work with multiple agencies, and the only area in which we’ve seen more from others is in data and reporting. The sophistication of those methods and our running method with AdVenture Media works for us, but I ponder if they were to better anywhere, it would be in the granularity of the data they’re tracking on a customary basis.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
I would say take time to know them and set the relationship us so they’re an extension of your own team. That’ll empower them to be a reflection associate, instead of just a vendor you’re pushing work to.
